Greentree East Apartments

I tried getting in here and the outside is a disaster cats everywhere and cat and dog poop everywhere is stinks all the time. One of the “security” doors don’t even work. And the landlords will have you complete and apply for an application just for them to ghost and ignore while you wait at the apartment for over an hour calling and texting them and getting nothing. Very nice rooms and felt somewhat safe, but BE WARNED, THIS PLACE IS HAUNTED. Me and my wife were staying in apartment 314 which is on the cemetery side of the building (There are Graves right beside the building like 3ft away, no joke) and we both experienced paranormal activity. Heard voices in the bedroom, footsteps, smoke alarms going off at random (we don't smoke) and always feeling watched. It was the creepiest 2 years of our lives. If you fear the paranormal this place isn't for you.

If I could ever give a review to help someone in their search for a place to live then this is it. First off I would not even give this place one star if giving no stars was an option. Green tree houses a lot of illegal aliens. Personally I didn't feel the safest while residing here, and neither did my wife. The police were around a lot, constantly investigating people, so needless to say there's a lot of criminal activity. There is neither a washer or dryer in the individual apartments, instead there's a shared laundry room in which additional fees are charged as if the rent wasn't enough already. So I hope you enjoy paying $1.50 each to wash and dry. The dryers are defective, so you'll be paying at least $5.00 per load. So a piece of advice, rip the dryers out of the wall to enhance the

Alot of illegal aliens are allowed to live here. I do not feel safe visiting this place. The policy says ..No animals allowed but alot of tenants have them. The grounds are closed in and could be very beautiful if they were kept. Alot of bugs reside here..... Especially in the hotter days, it's hard to sit on the included patio sets. The weight room is very well equipped but there seems to be not enough fresh air flow, so it's very musky. There is a laundry room on site but for the number of apartments there, only 2 washers and 2 dryers are available in the small enclosure. You do need a code to get in but it's the same for everybody so, once u move out, u can still get back in.

I currently rent here. I love it here. It's gated quiet has laundry room on site a fitness center and my apartment is amazing.
