Greentree Apartments

Originally I thought this would be a good place to move. The apartments look nice on the outside and the location is nice… but then I actually moved in. I have been now dealing with ROACHES, and RATS on top of moving… they told me the unit was move in ready but indeed it wasn’t. I had a long list of handyman duties to do by my 2nd day being in the apartment. The upstairs restroom was totally out of order. Toilet will not flush and if you do flush, the toilet water pours down to the lower level floor. They promised to fix these issues within 24 hrs but there were multiple delays. Prior to moving into the unit I paid the $199 deposit just for one day later to view the place and find a coupon that says no deposit needed I took the coupon printed by STEEL Properties to the office and they said

We’ve been here for three months and have been at war with an infestation of mice and roaches ever since we got here. You kill two and 5 more pop out. Good luck getting rid of these nasty roaches. You can hear the mice at all times of the day and night clawing and chewing through the walls you here them squeaking at all through out the day we can’t but groceries and we can’t cook here. We found dead mice in the stove and multiple under the fridge. Today they had pest control come out and now there more mice running free we have a six year old and my 10 month old nephew comes over a lot and now we can’t let him because he still crawls this place IS DISGUSTING DUE TO INFESTATION OF ROACHES AMD MICE!!!! Highly unsatisfied, nice staff though!

I was to take over a lease in August 1st 2023? The apartment was flooded July 8th, I was only aware of this because of the previous tenant being my brother. The apt had significant issues and had not been fixed by office so I called and told them I needed this apartment livable by move in. They had over a month by now. I moved my possessions in on the first because my lease was up. The apartment reeked of mold and mildew. There was sheetrock all over the living room and bedroom. Multiple pieces of baseboard missing all over the apt, bugs and just deplorable. I have been simply trying to get a livable space after being screwed around. Rent elsewhere

My cousins moved here. Every time I visit, it's always so nice and quiet. Pool is kept pretty tidy, neighbors are friendly and the frisbee golf course is right behind it!
