Avoid this place at all costs. The new cheap rent isn’t worth your peace! Living here has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in an apartment. The management and ownership show zero care for residents, and the conditions are completely unacceptable. The management isn’t even responsive to emails, questions, or concerns. Cleanliness / Maintenance * Roaches are a constant issue. * The garages and laundry rooms reek of mold. * Towels left to “mop up” rain from ceiling leaks sit for days without being removed. * Vomit in the elevator has gone uncleaned for days. * Stairways are never cleaned. * Construction materials, nails, and piles of garbage are left scattered everywhere. Greenside from the street looks a bomb went off n destroyed it. I move in 2019. I loved it here. Now I am disappointed and embarrassed to say I live here. I was told that I may have to move to another apartment n cannot move back to my original apartment. 3 people have told me they move n were allowed to move back. Now I am really upset because I am treated differently. It better not be racial bias. If I am to move then I want to move back like everyone else. This is a complete mess that has no end in sight. I do not want to continue to pay this exorbitant amount of money for rent n live n a trash dumpster.

There is absolutely nothing good about this place. Lack of safety, poor maintenance, and complete disregard for residents’ concerns. Living here has been a depressing and completely disappointing experience. The high rating of this place obviously does not reflect the current poor situation. There are ongoing issues with crime in this complex, including repeated car break-ins and intrusions. This is not a one-time incident—it keeps happening, and management does nothing meaningful to address it or improve security. There is a serious cockroach problem. I used to enjoy living here but my experience has turned sour. A 1 week notice was given to residents who had already re-signed leases informing us they were going to embark on a 1.5 year long construction project (yea right probably 2+ years) to renovate the building because they failed to ensure water proofing when it was originally built. Numerous residents have been displaced to other units, construction noise is disruptive, windows are boarded up, constant dust and debris, random people walking around. No rent reductions or discounts for amenities we can't use. Worse off, I started noticing money was going missing from my wallet so I set up a webcam and caught the construction company's grounds keeper breaking and entering to steal my money. Caught in 4k. I have really enjoyed living here so far. Tyler and the rest of the leasing office have been very helpful with prompt replies. The units are nice and feel very solid. Orlin takes care of the maintenance requests quickly, and truly fixes the issue. He does a great job. He also follows up to make sure everything is still working properly which I really appreciate. Lastly, I’ll say that the garage door is fantastic and the parking garage is spacious and clean, there is always plenty of room to park and it doesn’t feel cramped.
