This really is a nice community. Ive been here 3 years and I personally haven't had a whole lot of issues. When my air conditioner stopped working I was given a window unit until it was repaired. Maintenance requests completed same day or next. They ALWAYS put up flyers on your door stating when an inspection is or when pest control is coming. Maintenance is NEVER trying to purposely do maintenance with my daughter here by herself. He's very respectful and professional. The property manager really cares about this community and is taking care of everyone's needs. She's prompt at getting back to you, she's organized, and doing her best staying on top of everything. I think she's doing an amazing job. They have a lawn crew here it just rained a ton this last summer and the grass grew a ton.

If you are receiving government assistance, I strongly advise against moving into this apartment complex, especially if you have pets. The manager, Christin, has a reputation for evicting tenants for reasons that may seem arbitrary, even if you are current on your rent payments. She is unlikely to offer any support, and once you are moved out, she will even contact utility companies and other creditors in an attempt to undermine your financial stability. Please consider this carefully before making a decision. Additionally, the maintenance staff often enters the apartments without prior notice and the air conditioning has not worked for six months.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!! The management is incompetent and corrupt at best . I’ve lived here for a year and nine months and once the new manager came aboard things went to shit. It hardly ever gets mowed the neighbors are the noisiest neighbors I’ve ever heard and when it was brought to the attention of the manager I was told there’s nothing she can do about it. Then I received invalid and unproven violation after violation. I went without AC for two months ! Random repair men walking into my apartment , with no notice from the manager , while my children were there. There’s so much! I had to get an attorney to represent me. If you are thinking about moving here. DONT!! Think twice and find somewhere else!! This place is owned by Menara properties.
