Got to work with Jared on purchasing a new home, he was awesome! Even though I am a few months off from purchasing he was super helpful and even got me in touch with a lender that is working on building my credit. So thankful that I met Jared and he is so willing to help me out.

We like the neighborhood, there are some questions and areas of improvement needed with the HOA because it is not what we were lead to believe when we bought the house. All in all a good neighborhood, the builder is really nice, and houses are good for the price paid 😀

This neighborhood is a joke. The hoa has finally got turned over to the residents. Many have had appliance problems. The fountains at the front need help and phase 2 of the neighborhood is another problem altogether

Didn't get my home and was denied loan 2 weeks before home was completed... then found out how they build them and how there warrenty works and all I have to say is .......run

Horrible!! Once they get you to close and get your money it’s like fighting tooth and nail to get antything!! They don’t take care of their empty lots, ponds, fountains ! The grass/weeds around our pond is out of control and they don’t care!! It’s not the sells people(they are great) it’s the UPPER MANAGEMENT!!
