Greens At Norman

For the price, this is truly one of the best apartment complexes in Norman. The units are spacious, there are many great amenities, management is very courteous, and maintenance responds promptly and efficiently to any issues. The location is nice and quiet, and the complex itself is beautiful. I am very happy to be a tenant here.

BEDBUGS. management refuses to fix the problem. I have been begging for my whole building to be treated as we have been dealing with this issue since we moved in Febuary, management will treat our unit the bugs move next door and the cycle continues. Ive been told 12,000 dollars is too expensive to treat the whole building despite there being ten units in total, paying roughly 1000$ a month in rent. i do not see how those numbers add up personally. my neighbor informed me they have had bedbug issues dating back to five years ago, despite Jennifer in management telling me that the building had no prior history of pest issues. After being told they refuse to treat the whole building, i wrote a letter to my neighbors informing them of the issues we are having, hoping if anyone else was having

These apartments are excellent apartments for Norman Oklahoma. They're not as new as some, but the space makes up for it. Vast Oklahoma skies are captured here. There are some "premier" apartments that I checked out, and there were too many restrictions, too cramped, and too overpriced, and only accept students. The Greens have exceeded my expectations, and I've lived in apartments most of my life, even as a child. When I call them about any issues, they immediately respond. They send maintenance out, within 30 minutes, usually, if not an hour. I've never experienced this anywhere, in any apartments, ever. JB is one of my favorites, although they're all polite and knowledgeable. There are so many amenities.... Tanning, pools, pool tables, saunas, hot tubs, gyms, free golf, $20 golf rentals

I have made reports via the office, emailing you guys directly and the police department. Management and the leasing agents has been participating in harassing me and my daughter. I also believe they are coming into our unit without my permission or my husband permission. Officers were called to my unit twice in one night, claiming my daughter was in distress, yelling and screaming and someone was arguing with a man, but my husband was away for 6 months on military orders. They called the police hours before quiet hours and I found out today, someone has called the police, when I wasn’t at home. Nice well maintained apartment complex and their prices are reasonable for rent. The staff is very friendly and the complex is very clean no trash laying around everywhere
