Greens At Lost Springs Apartments

I’ve been living here for almost a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The apartment complex is well-maintained, quiet, and has a welcoming atmosphere. One thing that really stands out is the maintenance team, especially the maintenance man Shane. He goes above and beyond every single time—whether it’s handling a small repair or a bigger issue, he responds quickly, gets the job done right the first time, and always treats residents with respect. He’s professional, hardworking, and you can tell he truly takes pride in keeping the community running smoothly. It makes a huge difference knowing that if anything comes up, he’ll be there to fix it without hesitation. The management team is also excellent. Overall a good place to live, the maintenance guy is great. He was quick to fix any issues we had moving in. The manager is very kind.

I love my little apartment. I have great neighbors. You cant find an apartment in the area for these prices. They are older but you can make them cute like I did to mine. Management always takes care of my issues.

Do not waste your time living at this apartment complex. They are under new management and it is obvious they don’t care about the people and families that live here. They charge over $700 a month for a tiny 2 bedroom apartment that has mold growing in the bathroom as well as all of the air vents. Renters here are taken advantage of. No point in scheduling a tour they will show you the cleanest looking apartment they have and then when you actually move in its not the same one you were shown, instead it is a filthy apartment filled with mold. If I could give this complex and its rude management a 0 I would.

Once upon a time this apartment and management weren’t bad at all. New management about a year ago and it’s been horrible to say the least. Of the many frustrating things, the most has to be maintenance fixes and requests. As of today, I have called more than 10 times and sent multiple maintenance requests for the same issue, and I keep being told it would get fixed the next day. It is now going on two months and no fix. Worst managed apartment I have experienced and I’ve lived in quite a few apartments.
