Greenleaf Manor Apartments

The lady with glasses in the office is nasty and unprofessional. She put signs on the stuff I had in my garage saying they are going to take my stuff if I don’t move it. Only gave me 4 days to do so. I didn’t notice the signs tell the last day. A phone call or a letter would have been a more professional approach. Then she put a sign on my truck saying it had to be move or it will be towed. So I moved it. Then a few months later because it had a flat tires she put a note on it and I didn’t notice tell the last day I guess and they towed it. It’s only two weeks after the holidays and I can’t just go out and buy new tires in only 4 days. This place is ridiculous.

I had an exceptional experience with Whitney during my application process. From the very beginning she provided me with a detailed list of all documents I needed, ensuring I was fully prepared for my appointment. This proactive approach made the entire process smooth and stress free. Her communication skills are outstanding. She was always available to answer my questions and was flexible with her scheduling accommodating my needs with ease. I was particularly impressed with how quickly she was able to get my application approved, demonstrating her efficiency and dedication. Despite my numerous requests to view the apartment she was always welcoming and enthusiastic- never coming to the appointment without a smile. On the positive, the place is old ,sturdy, and large. Our neighbors are pretty good, can't complain. Paint was new but pealing, get smoke and skunk smell in our apartment. Old carpet, ok for now. Need to redo my cabinets, they were not refinished correctly. But with walkers in our place, things are going to get scratched. Enjoy the maintenance guys, I'm sure they are frustrated having to fix so many places and not enough man power. My furnace kept quitting, of course on a weekend before it would get really cold. Finally they got parts for it and all fixed. Air good so far. Landscapers are really nice, they have to pick up lots of toys and trash. People like to throw their trash around. Update: I'm now nearing the end of my lease. I was finally able to get Maintenance in my apartment. They looked at a few things, said they would order parts and get things fixed. That was 2 months ago. Nothing has been fixed. My time here at Green Leaf Manor Apartments has honestly been awful. The one and only upside to this place is the spacious apartments. It ends there. Communication with the landlord/lady is almost non-existent after moving in. Seems like they just want bodies in apartments after that they actively do not care about you anymore. The grounds are trashed, the outside lights don't work, the pool has is overfilled with nasty water that hasn't been cleaned in years. I moved in a little over a year ago and I can honestly say I have had no major issues. Whitney, the manager, is probably the most committed and friendliest manager I’ve seen. The apartments are well taken care of and anytime we have needed something it was done in a timely manner. I don’t worry about my safety because for the most part it’s a working community so there is no major parties going on. I know personally, there has been times I had an issue and Whitney was willing to help me figure it out when she really didn’t have to. I say give them a try, I did, and I don’t regret it.
