Although the duo team of Dashay and Matthew are still getting their feet wet as the newest management team, they appear genuinely interested in the residents of this community. While getting assistance for the rental payment app, both were working hard serving other residents at the same time. Both are always cheerful and energetic. Laundromat is clean and affordable. I have faith that in time things will run much smoother. Eric, maintainence man running on fumes, gets my highest praise. Please management, hire more employees so our community continues to improve. Thanks to the hardworking trio!

I Haven’t Moved There Just Yet But I Do In A Few Days. Both Office Workers Have Been Very Helpful, Keeping Me Updated And Always Have A Bright Personality. I Like The Management There And They Could Really Keep Greenleaf Going. 10/10

Me personally I think it’s A-1 here way better then it was some years ago Matthew and daysha is the best honestly I been tryna get in for a year and when they came in office they got to it and they always was on it honestly hope they get promos or something because they really do they job and they don’t skip nothing and very honest I mean I can keep going on how good they are at they job but ik yall prolly don’t want that

The new renovation is on point, new everything. Clean, no rats or roaches.. The grass is kept landscaped once a week. Now has surrounding complex gates that lock, for the safety of their residents. Security lock entry keys provided for every apartment building door entrance and surrounded walk up gates.. Family feeling environment, generous & caring neighbors look out for the safety of children that play outside.. Because it takes a village.. 9/10
