I've lived with greenhouse management a year now and just signed my second year lease. I really love them and have loved living in my home this past year. I had some problems when I first moved in with my place and they took care of everything very quickly. Some of my problems took time (like replacing my washer and dryer unit but only because i have a tricky set up). But they are always there and on top of your problems getting fixed. I have really loved living with Greenhouse so far and I'm happy to continue :)

I have rented my house for 6 months with them and the bills I am receiving are beyond my word. I feel they are not honest at all.I do not recommend them and I will change them ASAP. The manager was rude and entered my home without letting me know. Their staff has changed a couple of times. They have some stupid rules like getting a pet deposit and pocketing it for themselves. So disappointed and feel robbed!
