Greenhouse Apartments

Terrible place to live they scammed me when I first moved in to the building. I was in 301 and they told me there was no cockroaches. They lied there are cockroaches everywhere. Several times I’ve paid more than my rent owed but they never put the money towards the next month they just pocket it. I signed an agreement for my rent to be paid I paid over the advised amount and they just pocketed the money. Trifecta real estate! Is a terrible company to work with I strongly suggest a different company. Jarrica is the front runner I don’t think all of responsibility lays on her hat but Jarrica, is by far the one not following through on her end. Absolutely HORRIBLE property, management, everything!! Shower pressure is terrible, no hot water, oven smokes when you try to use it... Cockroach-infested, they tow your car even when you're moving in and THEY DON'T CARE. VERY unwilling to work with their residents, even when you're just moving in. Homeless people sleep on the stairs and don't move when you need to pass by... Very unsafe. STAY AWAY!!!!

I had the worst experience being in Greenhouse Apartments. I have lived there from August 2023 to May 2024. Management is super bad and there was no gas for almost one semester and they did not even reimburse the amount. After leaving the apartment we did not get security deposit back. Also whenever we tried calling them, they did not pick our calls. I suggest not to take this apartment. It feels that it is very close to the campus but there are some other better apartments which are near to the campus. This apartment is not even worthy to pay minimum amount. I wish there could be some option for giving negative rating. Apart from all the above problems there are lots of roaches and bugs in the apartment. I recently moved into this apartment complex a few months ago. Valerie, the manager, was extremely helpful in getting me into a unit asap. She's very knowledgeable, caring and is truly hard working. She responds to texts, emails or calls almost immediately, no matter what time. Finding a place to live was the most difficult part of my relocation to Arizona for work, and Valerie made things transition smoothy. I was thoroughly impressed with my apartment and truly grateful. The staff here is amazing. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and concerns are taken seriously. I've seen some negative reviews , but keeping your place clean, making sure to seal your sink disposal, etc. will prevent any bugs. I have NOT had bugs or roache
