Greenfield Estates

Greenfield Estates has been a wonderful community to live in! The amenities (indoor/outdoor pool, dog park, and pickle ball courts), being a walking distance from the Shops at Greenfield, driving distance from downtown, Costco, and grocery stores has been so convenient. Management is always timely with any maintenance requests and work with our schedule to make sure everyone is comfortable. The office and maintenance staff are always very friendly and accommodating!

Never rent from Greenfield Estates. Do not pay unreasonable move-out charges — sue them in court. Greenfield compromises and becomes reasonable only after receiving court notice. I lived here for 7 years, and the move-out process made it clear that this place operates like a predatory billing system. When I moved out, they charged me full replacement price for things like carpet and wall painting, even though under normal wear and tear those items have a typical life expectancy of ~5 years. After 7 years, carpet aging and paint wear are normal depreciation — not “tenant damage.” But Greenfield still tried to bill as if everything should be brand new. 2nd time resident here and we couldn’t be happier. We love the community and how beautifully kept it is. The amenities are top notch. Having an indoor and outdoor pool is great. It is always clean and being improved. We love being able to use the clean showers after a swim day. While the units could use some updating such as appliances and flooring, maintenance does a wonderful job addressing any issues that arise. There is a reason we chose Greenfield after downsizing and we have no regrets. This is a great place to raise kids and focus on quality of life in a beautiful space. We have been extremely happy with our apartment since move-in! Great location, inclusive amenities, and staff that has been happy to help when we need it. Highly recommend checking it out!

My daughter lived here while going to college. We chose this neighborhood because of the community being nicely kept and it's proximity to her school. This was her first apartment but definitely not mine (I did not live in apartment). She loved living here, she never had any issues and had wonderful neighbors. The staff has never been anything but great when we needed anything. As a parent, it was nice feeling like your child is living in a safe place while away at school.
