The are excellent about getting maintenance request done . But some people in this complex, don’t renew their tags and drive on expired Tags.

The maintenance request I put in for my kitchen light bulb replacement was promptly done in less than 4hrs from the time I put in the request. I was highly impressed and satisfied with the job done. I give it to the apartment maintenance team for being ontop of their game.

I walked over and told them the garbage disposal was not working and the sink was very slow draining because of it. The maintenance guy, was here within 30 minutes, fixed the issue within 5 minutes . Works great.

I scheduled a tour online to see a two bedroom unit. I arrived about 10minutes early with my toddler so I wait in the car till it's closer to my appt time. After about 5 mins of being there a man comes and starts banging on my window asking why I'm there. I say (again my toddler is with me and I just want this loud strange man away from us) I have a tour here at 11. He basically calls me a liar so it's impossible that I'm supposed to be there that he lives and works there and just basically that I should not be at the complex. I pull out my phone and show him the email confirmation showing I indeed have a tour then he wants to wants to argue "it's March 8th", I tell him the email says March 8th he looks again and "says ok you can wait here" as if I needed his permission to wait AT THE OFFI

Management and maintenance does a great job. A calm nice little neighborhood and they keep it clean and litter picked up. Last week maintenance came out and replaced the sink disposal on a moment’s notice, thank you. Also checked lights in the kitchen thank you
