Greenbryre Apartments

The experience at Greenbryre with Neisy was amazing. She helped me a lot with all my questions and concerns regarding the application process. Love the property and the amenities they have.

Neisy made the apartment hunting process so easy and stress free! She was great at listening to our needs and answering all our questions!

I have to say that not every apartment community is perfect, nor office staff but I can tell you I've been to a lot of the properties in Charlotte and this by far is the best hands down. The office staff of Maylin ,Neisy are great. The office is super busy but they truly do make efforts to get back with everyone(I've seen this first hand). Again no place is perfect and you have to keep in mind this is an apartment community so you will have to expect the fact that you will live with/ near others. I love the floor plans, pricing and office staff. So if you are looking for the best in Charlotte and don't mind living an a apartment community this is the place to be, I hope this review helped/enlighten someone. Have a great day😁

I’m so happy living at Greenbryre ,great neighborhood always clean and quiet. I feel thankful with Neisy and Maylin, the girls in the office who always attend us with a very good attitude and charisma and Rodrigo that provide us with an excellent service.

I like the quiet environment in the property and the good attention that Neisy gives us since she started working here. Maylin is also so sweet. Thanks for taking care of all my requests in a fast way.
