Greenbrier at Tanasbourne

The complex is beautifully maintained and kept incredibly clean, which shows how much the staff cares about their property and the residents experience. It's rare to find a complex that has balance a high standard of upkeep with such a warm, welcoming environment. The best part is simply the overall feeling of belonging it's a joy to come home to this community every day. Just wanted to write a word about Josue being so awesome! He was timely and polite and patient and quiet! He came when he said he would and knocked quietly. He was patient and waited for me to get to the door. I have a toddler who was napping and a newborn and a cat and he was quiet, quick, and kind. He fixed all the things and answered my questions. Thank you Josue! Wish they were all like you!

I really do like living here. Both Juliette and Carlee are helpful either via phone, email, or going into office. Maintenance has been able as soon as they are able to come assist us with whatever issue that comes up. Its a very homie vibe at Greenbrier. An extra star for having a groceries at walking distance. Forget an ingredient go ahead and just walk next door to the store. They do have rules of not parking in reverse for sure. I was towed my first night there but i too needed to read the signs that are posted everywhere not to back up into spots Overall so far 1 month in this location and we like how its going.

We have had many issues living here. The most recent issues include water damage in a quarter of the apartment from the upstairs neighbors water heater breaking last fall and maintenance not properly fixing things. They cut out a hole in the entryway closet to blow a fan into in effort to dry out the walls of our unit that had water running all inside them. We were initially told this would have to run for 2 days and that we would be compensated for the electricity cost of running an industrial fan 24/7 by an offset in our rent. The fan ended up staying in our unit nearly 2 weeks running at full blast and there was no offset to our rent. When the fan was finally removed and the wall fixed in the entry room closet we were told that maintenance was going to come and paint over the replaced d

Van got towed for being parked backwards and now I have to pay a $400 tow fine?! That insane. Was only a visitor and the complex still managed to make me pay. Put up signs if you want to enforce.
