Green O'Neill Properties

I’m very frustrated. We’re in a new development in Portsmouth and everything about this place is 2-3 stars. Nothing is absolutely terrible, but everything is annoying. So we’re stuck in a position of not liking where we live, but not feeling like it’s worth the hassle of another move. Admin is very polite and friendly only sometimes helping. Price: priced as luxury, but feels anything but. Amenities: everything is the cheapest possible to look nice. So drawers that go off track, cabinets that hit the wall. Hardwood floor that is probably real but I certainly wouldn’t swear to it. Comes with a laundry hookup – they couldn’t even give us the machines, and according to Eric (the property manager), every single company that delivers appliances here sucks – so that was a whole hassle t

Our experience with Green O'Neill Properties has been excellent from the start. The application process was easy, and when we decided to pivot to a different home of interest after our approval had gone through, they accommodated us and were able to get us into a home that we love. The staff is friendly. I worked mostly with Anna and Kim throughout the process and they couldn't have been nicer.

I've now lived in two properties managed by Green O'Neill and always been impressed by the entire team. Maintenance team has always been attentive and responsive, and all properties I've seen have been beautifully maintained. Would recommend their services to family and friends!

I moved in a Green O’Neill property on August 11 this year. My first time renting a townhouse, it is has fit all my needs. Both Anna and Kimberly have very helpful with me in my move to Dover. Any problems I had was taken care in a reasonable amount of time, did have to ask twice. Barbara Jean P

My husband and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Green O’Neill. We were leasing a Dover townhouse from them - when my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. He could no longer manage the stairs in the townhouse - so Anna and Kimberly went above and beyond to move us into one of their one story units. We are an elderly couple and think the world of their entire staff!
