I’ve been currently looking for a place in the area and I really appreciate management for stepping up and taking time with me! The apartments has a lot of great potential and the location is perfect. My favorite part is that it’s very close to a lot of shopping centers which is right up the street, how amazing! I’m excited about moving forward with the move in process.

Been trying to get in contact with someone in office so I can move in I’ve called all day yesterday left a message and nothing office hours are till 5 and still all day nothing UPDATE‼️ I AM SO HAPPY I DODNT GET A RESPONSE FROM THE PPL HERE‼️ I WENT IN PERSON AFTER WORK, I WORK ALOT AND GOT OFF AT 4 OFFICE HOURS WAS TILL 5, I GOT THERE AND NO ONE WAS IN THE OFFICE! THE PLACE LOOKS LIKE TRASH AND NOTHING WAS AS SEEN IN THE PHOTOS!!!

My niece stayed here just recently and had to leave. These people don't care about what kind of condition these units are in or any issues that you're having. Her apartment was infested with roaches when she moved in. Had pest control come a couple of times and didn't correct the issue. Mold was growing in the apartment. Neighbors fought every night and threatened her. Nothing was done! Rent was outrageous. Do I need to say more??

This place is ran by SMP Strategic Management Partners, who completely abandons their properties. We moved in on time yet our apartment was not ready. We could not use our shower for over a week and the apartment was filthy when we arrived. The floors aren't done so you can not walk around barefoot in your own home, and there is a leak issue. It is infested with roaches and has sewage issues that cause the apartment to smell. DO NOT RENT HERE!
