Green Leaf Village Apartments

Great quality apartments for people on a budget. When there's a issue that needs to be fixed maintenance will fix it within 48 hours max of the admission to the website and the staff are very friendly. I've lived here for 3 years now. The only complaint I do have is the amount of space they have for parking the parking spots are very condensed and close to each other so nicking ones car is very easy to do. We've had issues with that since I've lived here. I've seen people slide against one's car and just walk away because there's just no room. The management doesn't accommodate a house that has more than one car if that wasn't a thing ... I would improve my rating.

I have lived here 6 years. Sometimes there are things like painting and pressure washing that are noisy. Peeps at work don't hear it. I like my neighbors. Responsible with landscape and law-abiding issues. Sometimes close proximity to private cars could be a concern. What's perfect? Units are spacious. Clean, and kept up with maintenance.

Nice homes, nosy neighbors & a letter posted on your door about any little thing just about every day. Not to mention the walk up smell checks to make sure no one tempted to smoke at home. Go out down the street to smoke people😉
