Dont rent from here!!! I promise you that the management is a joke!!! Yesterday noticed my kitchen ceiling leaking & the cabinets so i called & she said its from the gutter there’s nothing we can do just have to put some towels down. As of right now my kitchen ceiling has collapsed above my sink. Both bedroom windows were leaking, my mattress is now ruined along with some of my children’s belongings, i started calling management at 9 am its now 5pm & not one person has even been down to look at anything. ( ive called 3 or 4 times today mimd you telling her the ceiling was collapsing ) the maintenance man we out “knocking “ all the snow off the side of the buildings so i was telling him bout my ceiling had literally collapsed & how my mattress & some of my kids things got ruined & he told m

This is literally the worst place to live. My ceiling is currently leaking in my kitchen, when i called about it was told not much they can do just put towels down, she saying its the gutters. My ceiling is literally caving in & i get told nothing she can do!! Im so pissed right now. This is the absolute worst living & unhealthy place!! & the lady that “runs” these is a joke!!!

Horrible should be torn down. Mice infested. Roofs falling in. Asked to fix something they put band aids on it and call fixed. Parking lot worse than canton pot holes. Pine trees are over top of your car leaking in the summer. Maintenance and owners do the least and charge the most. Horribly ran

This pace is a dump! Drug houses, and the landlord tries to push people around. Buildings not up top code. Apartments in very poor repair. Sewage backs up into the basements and they refuse to fix it. You can't speak to the owner, he refuses. They lie, show up in your home when you're not there. It's disgusting! It's no home for sure! Stay far away!

Tenants are loud and disorderly, the apartment manager is extremely rude, tenants park along my fence and have damaged it, tenants have torn up my grass from parking on it, but if I park my car in their drive to move furniture I get told itll be towed. If you're a tenant here and park along my fence I'll be getting it towed. And cameras have been set up, another tenant hits my fence I'm suing you.
