I️ would Like to thank Haleigh, she made my stay there very easy. Anytime I️ called With concerns she was on top of everything. I️ lived Here a year and to be honest loved the place. I️ had Some minor issues but always was quickly resolved and handled in a timely manner. I️ wouldn’t have left this place if the neighbors in my building wasn’t so rude and sometimes a bit racist towards me. I’ve had several notes written and placed on my car for no reason. Someone constantly took my clothes out the washer and dryer and just threw them however they wanted. Someone had a trash can outside the building and assumed I️ used It I️ never did than wrote a huge “this is it a community trash can”. Aiy was wonderful, the maintenance team was great I️ will Truly miss them! Haleigh was amazing ! I️ just

We've lived here almost a year and I have been extremely satisfied. The maintenance team is quick to respond and very courteous of the residents. Haleigh in the office is very thoughtful and helpful as well. The neighborhood is very quiet and is located in a good area. I would take this place into consideration while looking for a place for rent.

I have lived in the building since 2019. The change to the new management company was not the smoothest, but the past few years has been great! Hailey in the office is very responsive. It only took 1 week to get my fridge replaced (my old one was still working just not well) Previously I had tried to get it repaired by the old management company and they could not fix the temperature inconsistency and refused to replace it. I don't plan on moving out anytime soon. Rent is reasonable, especially with 2 cats, maintenance can get busy during the season changes, because they have needed to make a lot of updates, but overall things are pretty efficient. Having just moved from California a month ago, Haleigh was incredibly helpful sincere and quick to respond to my initial inquiry, which made the move-in process really easy. I've already had a couple of minor maintenance requests, and they were addressed super fast. The buildings seem really well-maintained both inside and out, and the complex is nice and quiet. I’m loving the loft layout always wanted that look and Haleigh made it easy for me to snag, she is always super helpful anytime I have any questions and she quick with getting the information that I need ! What a nightmare of a place. Only lived here for about a year and had nothing but issues while living here. First week I was here the ceiling was squishy and i touched it and it put a hole, they came to fix it and just patched over it and it looked so sloppy and noticeable. I had to call back to have someone come paint over it. Then my heat went out. I had no heat for at least 5 days in the dead of winter and maintenance kept saying they would be back out and just kept pushing it off. Then, the toliet broke. It overfilled in the bowl after I flushed it and water poured all over the floor and it even got on the carpet outside the bathroom and went through the wall into my bedroom.
