Not a bad place to live if you like drama, drugs, fights, irresponsible parents, unruly children bullying yours, and limited rent options. I've had landlords turn me down because I was trying to move out of G.A, that's how bad residents reputations are.
The place sux. I lived there from 1994-1996. The staff at the time didn't do anything, except take people money.
Newer building yet trashed.....
