TWO VERY UNSETTLING SETTLEMENTS. Not only was I made to go out and get a cashiers check for a significant amount of money within 12 hours of settlement only to get that SAME AMOUNT BACK at settlement, but then when selling my house my lender was told within 3 hours of settlement that a representative needed to be present at settlement, which was wrong. This took me and multiple others HOURS to try and get to the bottom of.
I have been using Greater Montgomery Settlement Services for over 10 years. Casey Vogel and her team are always helpful and professional. They go the extra mile for my clients needs.
GMSS is the best! Responsive, helpful, and attentive from start to finish! Settlements run smoothly and when problems arise they are handled with professionalism.
