Met Carolyn and her team at an open house we went to and honestly, they were great. Very personable and knew the ins and outs of the house & the owners. While helpful with showcasing some of the more unique features, they also allowed us space to take in the home for ourselves. They were prepared with property disclosures, a simplified list of all the work that had been completed by the owners, and even rough estimates for uilities. Carolyn also seemed to know her sellers very well beyond just them wanting to sell their home. I happened to drop my headphones while there and she was very accommodating with getting them back to me. Definitely a good experience for us as buyers in a hectic market.

Want to share my experience with Carolyn. She is amazing. Had my home up for sale twice before but took it off the market. The third time Carolyn was ready to help again. No hesitation or question - just ready to help. She was able to sell my home with the first person who looked at it at full asking price.
