I am on my second year of living at Great Oaks Apartments in Historic Ocala. It is a perfect place for Seniors and young people getting started In a beautiful peaceful area with looming oak trees. Jamie Kellyis one of the best property managers I have met. You will always find her with a smile and the experience and knowhow to solve any maintenance problems which may occur. She goes out of her way to accommodate people. Then there is Hadassah Gikundiro, a highly knowledgeable and skilled maintenance person, who goes out of his way to assist the tenants. Florida has a bug culture; one where you can take pains to make certain everything is clean, but sometimes when people move in, boxes and other paper can include pests. Timeline: On June 30, 2024, I began renting from Align Communities, at "The Waverly." From the moment I took possession of the unit, until the present, Align Communities has been in blatant violation of my lease and numerous Florida statutes.
