UPDATE: Was recommended by a GMR broker; unfortunately, my experience was frustrating, lacked communication, follow throughs, and professionalism. Casey Bagwell means well but might be in the wrong profession. I confronted her via email as it was recommended by the licensed broker from GMR. It was the most communication I received after four months on the market, and it ended with: termination, zero offers, a bloody headache, and $200 bill for photos. I highly recommend Keller Williams Innovate of Wilmington - their agents pay for photos, staging, drones, do weekend showings, etc. I received an official offer not even two weeks live, and signed a contract within a month!

Wish I could give NEGATIVE stars. "We treat our tenants like family." Issues since the beginning with these people. You'd let your family move into a house that has no functioning toilets when it rains? When I report issues, I'm told, "It's been like that." That- referring to my ceiling that's falling in multiple rooms. Plumbing issues since the start. Landscaping is their job and has never been done. If I report something new, I'm told they're still paying off the last issue. Paying almost $300 more than the other homes around me just for the school until my child graduates. Now I'm told if I'm not happy here I can leave and they think they call and speak with such ignorance and disrespect. Apparently, getting what you pay for is an issue or a sign that I want to leave? Never been late on

We rented a home through this company and were extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, we found visible mold growing on doors and walls, pest droppings throughout the property, and an overall unsafe and unsanitary environment. With four young children, we could not risk their health and had to leave immediately before ever fully moving in. We documented the conditions (with picture proof) and promptly contacted the property manager, requesting help or a refund of the $16,000 we paid. Despite the poor condition of the property no solution was offered. As licensed property management professionals are held to a duty to provide safe, habitable properties, this experience has been both stressful and costly.
