Great Jones Capital

This is been a very lengthy process. 1st my loan was late. My first draw was late. And my second draw is wrong. Through all of this Jordan has been very nonchalant about help and assisting. Will not answer phone or call me back. Will not respond to emails. Very unprofessional!!!!. They made Great money from my deal and I'm treated like scum!!! Will never do business with them again or Recommend!!!! Still trying to get my second draw correct with out Great Jones's Help (Jordan). What a cluster! I WISH THERE WAS a No Star as a choice.... As I'm Completely Unsatisfied as a Customer! This is my first review of any company as a 1 Star review just so you can understand the Frustration I'm Dealing with. I hope this will help someone else not go through this as I did.

Jordan closed the loan in 7 days!! He showed great attention to detail, the company (Great Jones Capital), has a unique and personalized service and they mean what they say! Not all loans or buyers will ever be the same, Jordan understands this. He demonstrated creativity in closing the loan, that was otherwise difficult to close with other lenders. Again, only 7 business days to close the loan, he made this happen for us. Three previous lenders promised to deliver and no one could deliver! Thank you, Jordan at Great Jones Capital, you have a client for life. We will refer you to others without thinking twice!

As previous reviewer stated, Jordan doesn't answer nor return calls, likewise emails. You don't want to be working with such an unserious and irresponsible person, particularly dealing with construction draws and you cannot reach him.

The team was great! They were very responsive and helped me get my loan closed quickly and easily. I would highly recommend them! 👍🏼
