We had a wonderful stay and a great experience with Great Dwellings. The property was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described. Everything was well prepared and made our stay comfortable and relaxing. A special thank you to Ian, who was an excellent host. He was very responsive, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. You can really see the care and attention Great Dwellings puts into their properties and guests. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay again in the future. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible experience with Great Dwellings. The home was spotless, elegant, and perfectly located. Peaceful yet close to everything. My host, Josh, went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome, with thoughtful touches that made all the difference after long event days. Communication was seamless, check-in was easy, and every detail was exactly as described (if not better!). We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and deeply grateful for such a warm and gracious host. Would absolutely stay again next time I’m in DC!

Lovely Air BnBb! The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, the owners were communicative and helpful! An easy 15 minute walk from Union Station which was also an easy 25 min Metro from Ronald Reagan Airport. The spiral staircase is like stepping back in time! (Not a location for those with limited mobility.) Would definitely stay here again (and would love to come when the weather is warmer to enjoy the rooftop view and seating even more.) Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location truly can’t be beat — it’s incredibly walkable to so many great shops, restaurants, and everything the city has to offer. I especially loved being right by Logan Cirlce, which made morning and evening walks such a treat. The space itself was fantastic. The layout is thoughtful and functional, and the natural light makes it feel bright and welcoming throughout the day. I worked remotely during my stay and had a great setup with reliable, fast WiFi. The desk area by the front window was perfect — I really enjoyed working with such a nice view, staying warm and cozy inside on some snowy days. Since I was there for a longer stay, having a full washer and dryer was a huge plus and made everything so much more convenient. Diego was an exception

Karl's home was the best you can ask for in the area. Spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable and clean. Amenities in this home were perfect for our needs and eliminated the need for us to pack anything special for us or our 4 month old. Peaceful area which helped both our little ones have an easy quiet rest. I highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.
