Grayson Ridge Apartments

Lived there for almost 6 years . The 1st 2 years were good until they changed management . We went weeks at a time without hot water and was only offered compensation when I went over there head an went to corporate. I paid for smart home that did not work at all. I cant say to much because things may got to court with them . My moveout charges were outrageous I've reached out to them several times sent letter and they have completely ignored them so I am following the next steps. Good luck to anyone that moves here. I feel this is retaliation for the review I wrote. Do not review them if you still live there.

I have had an amazing experience living here for the past 8 months. I've only had a couple of maintenance related needs since being here and they always take care of it in a timely manner. The office staff is also kind and helpful with any questions I have, especially recently with me getting a new pet. They host weekly events for the residents such as Wine Down Wednesday and Pet of the Month Contests! Last Halloween, they even hosted a balcony decorating contest. It's a very quiet complex too. 10/10 experience.

Jessica at Grayson Ridge was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me with great energy and a warm smile, listened attentively, and answered all of my questions with care and professionalism. The community is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. I truly appreciate the time she took to help me and highly recommend Jessica and the team at Grayson Ridge! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have only lived here for one month, and so far we have been happy. Damona has been super kind, friendly and easy to work with from start to finish. We really like our newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment. It has a nice fireplace and a built in bookshelf. The few neighbors we have met have been friendly. It beyond quiet during the day. Mostly quiet at night. Even though the complex is almost 40 years old it’s very well maintained. There is a resident who has lived here since it opened so I think that speaks volumes.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience working with Damona Antoinett. From the very beginning, she was professional, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help us find the perfect apartment. She walked us through every step of the process, answered all our questions clearly, and made the entire move-in experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping people feel at home, but Damona definitely does. We couldn’t be happier with our new place, and we’re so grateful for her help.
