I reached out to the complex for a viewing and heard back within an hour and they scheduled me the following morning to view availability. When I arrived I was greeted by Community Manager Lourdes Valdivia. She was so gracious and accommodating about the opportunity to live there. Once I knew I was interested in the apartment, she explained every step with ease for me. Although I haven't moved in yet, I am so excited to next month! I would say if you're interested in a place that is welcoming, accommodating to your financial history, and willing to make your process of application a breeze, talk to Lourdes! Lourdes is by far the best property manager we’ve ever had. She is approachable, professional, and always greets everyone with a warm smile. Any time we need help, she is ready and willing to assist. I especially appreciate how consistently she enforces community policies, particularly when it comes to issues like marijuana smoking. Because of her dedication, the property has improved tremendously since she started. I’m truly grateful that my family gets to call Grayson home, and a big part of that is thanks to Lourdes and the care she puts into her work. She has been here for over a year, and the property has never looked better.

Just got into an apartment here at Grayson. Lourdes went above and beyond so that we were able to secure the unit that we wanted. She was incredibly knowledgeable, informative and kind. Truly one of the best move in experiences.

I've lived here for about 2 years now and this place has seen its up and downs, however more recently the place is now in much better shape and thats primariIy due to the Property Manager Lourdes. I give Lourdes 5 stars! She is the best property manager we've had here! Very friendly, responsive and attentive! I give the complex overall 4 stars. Mostly quiet in the complex, landscaping is out weekly, maintenance is responsive, no major negative issues here. I'm content living here, but my only feedback is I feel the rent is a bit high for the area and the amenities we have, but I know they are constantly improving Grayson and perhaps in time they'll be more that Grayson will offer!
