Grey Construction built our new home in Callao VA. The GC, their office folks, and their subcontractors were very professional and great to work with. Mike was straightforward and honest and Mikey and Dwayne were available to talk to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. From the framing to the finish work, everyone paid attention to the details, which resulted in a beautiful and quality built home. We couldn't be happier with the finished project.

This was our first ever experience having a new home built. From start to finish, everyone we worked with from the office staff, owners, superintendent, and construction folks were very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. They couldn't have made it any easier for us, were patient with our questions, changes and ideas, and professionally addressed any of our concerns, which were very few. The work done on our new home was thorough, and substantial, no short cuts taken, all quality work. We've already made a recommendation to a close friend who is adding onto their house.

Gray Construction built our custom home exactly to our specifications, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Any minor punch list items we had were addressed quickly and without hassle. The team was extremely easy to work with, very reasonable throughout the process, and clearly take pride in the quality of their work. We’ve even had other qualified contractors come through and comment on how well the house was built. That kind of feedback really speaks volumes.
