3/13/2025 Update: the pool still has not been repaired. So the response is a lie. Horrible. DO NOT HIRE NOR SHOULD YOU USE THEM FOR YOUR HOA. This is how they maintain our pool.

Absolute lack of care for residents. A home is being sold and the new buyers put in an application. 2 weeks later, no response. They stated they were waiting on the background. Realtor goes into the office, turns out paperwork and files were just sitting on a desk and never got processed. The story continues as my closing day has now passed and I am still waiting on them to approve the new buyers.

The transition from Alliance to Grant Property Management has been a nightmare. No communication. Bills are not being paid. New owners are not being vetted. Financial statements are not being provided. 2 property managers in 2 months. Many unfulfilled promises. Beware.

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Consolidated Community Management Despite providing proof of payment multiple times, my issue remains unresolved. I initially submitted my documentation to an employee named Density Diaz in 2024 who no longer works there, yet the office has failed to properly address the matter. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I was told my case was forwarded to upper management, but I have yet to receive any clear resolution. Yet, Dalina disclosed to tenants that I have a balance due .
