I’ve had a really good experience working with Cheri-Ann at Grant Property Management in Boca Raton. She’s professional but very down-to-earth, and she handles things quickly without making it complicated. She communicates clearly, stays on top of details, and makes sure things get done. Would absolutely recommend her if you want someone dependable and easy to work with.

Our property manager is Michael Antonevich and he is simply the best! Easy to work with, communicates promptly, advises when necessary, recommends excellent contractors to work with, understands association issues and challenges including rules, regulations, and laws that need to be followed. He makes our job as board members so much easier. We are thrilled that he joined Grant and told him he has to stay forever!

Cheri was a great help. She answered all my questions and when asked to follow up she was prompt and polite. I appreciate her willingness and patience for dealing with my situation. There needs to be more people like her apart of this company. She deserves a pay increase, she seems to be one of few who can get the job done.

Michael Atonevich, Grant Property Management, has been our property manager for the past couple of years. Michael responds to phone and email messages promptly, even over the weekend. If Michael is asked a question or presented with an issue he does his very best to obtain the answer and solve the issue presented as soon as possible. Michael is extremely cooperative and very pleasant to work with.
