Grant Homes

We hired the Grant Team to renovate our home at the Ford Field and River Club. The Grant Team was either unwilling or incapable of identifying errors as they occurred. We had a Field Architect during our Carriage House renovation and he was able to identify errors. It was frustrating for us to watch the trim go up and be taken back down countless times as it added cost and delays to our project. Very unfortunately, our Field Architect died at a very young age and we were left without a Field Architect during the renovation of our Main House. My husband was able to identify errors for the Grant Team. The Grant Team was reluctant to admit errors but once they did, the back side of our home had to be un-framed and re-framed. Of course, this added more cost and delays to our project. A

I have used Grant Homes over the last 15 years for a variety of projects including a full scope custom home build to heavy renovations, as well as several commercial office space renovations and build-outs. I have never been disappointed. From the quality of product to the customer service- Grant Homes is consistently 5 stars!!!

I would not recommend. Lack of care, attention to details and customer service. My next door Neighboor, had an even worse experience and fired them at the end of the job. There are for sure better options for high end houses in the low country.

They built a home across from ours. Their employees were loud and inconsiderate. We painted our door and they reported us to the HOA saying they couldn’t sell their house (had been on the market for almost a year before this) because we painted it. I did not have them build our home but would stay away from them if we ever looked for a home builder.
