Jennifer at Grant County Title went above and beyond in locating the covenants for a subdivision for our neighborhood association's records. Two other title companies did not have them. With the help of Shelly, a senior title officer, she was able to find documentation that showed that the covenants from the prior subdivision applied to this one as well. I very much appreciate the friendly, competent help I received!
