My husband and I decided to move to Fort Wayne with a very quick invite from our family inviting us to join them. Not knowing area we decided on Granite Ridge per my Grandson’s Recommendation. We are very happy we made that decision. Absolutely excellent experience all the way through the process. Started with Kate Yanko from Granite Ridge. She understood our situation being retired and downsizing. There was never a time when we could not reach her for advice. The home is perfect for us. The construction of the home is really great.
