Me and my wife just moved in and we’re very happy with our new apartment. From the moment I moved in, the management team has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Any maintenance requests I've had were handled quickly and professionally. The amenities here are top-notch! The pool and fitness center are always clean and well-maintained, and I love having access to the community lounge. The complex itself is beautifully landscaped, and I always feel safe walking around, even at night. And the place is closed to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Miss. Marquita was so nice and helpful to us.

Granite pointe apartments is spacious we were waiting on approval at other apartment but the lady told us she lost our application, so we decided to make an application at Granite pointe the application went through so fast thanks to MARQUITA , she helped us and explained the lease rules she showed us the apartment before we signed the one year contract,

I’ve been visiting my father who lives here, and there have been several ongoing issues causing him serious stress, anxiety, and financial hardship. It’s upsetting to see how these problems continue without proper resolution. Management doesn’t say hello nor greet my father unless, they see I am with my father. Management needs to do better to support and care for their residents.

🚩 🚩 Do not apply here. Granite Pointe is nothing but headaches. My car was towed twice with no notice, while abandoned cars sit untouched. On top of that, they gave me trouble about my ESA dog, and one leasing agent was completely unprofessional, asking personal questions like they needed to know my life. The tow company preys on residents, and the leasing office allows it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My move-in experience was fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Marquita, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Despite being extremely busy the day I submitted my application, she took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood the entire process. Since moving in, everything has been great. Any small issues I noticed were addressed and fixed right away—no questions asked. The community is peaceful and quiet, and I love seeing kids outside playing like in the good old days. It truly feels like home here!
