Grandview Heights Apartments

While we lived here, our experience was genuinely positive. The apartment was nice, maintenance was responsive, and we enjoyed our time as residents. Unfortunately, the move-out process completely changed our impression. After leaving, we were charged multiple fees, some of which were understandable, but others felt unnecessary and excessive. The lack of transparency and poor communication during move out made the entire process frustrating and disappointing. It felt like everything was great while we were paying rent, but once we moved out, the focus shifted to finding reasons to charge extra. Future residents should be careful, document everything from move in and move out, and ask questions!

I’ve lived here 3.5 years and I absolutely love it! Grandview heights has the cleanest and well maintained complex in the Tulsa area!! The area is super safe, management is very friendly and quick to address any issues. The maintenance guys are great and not creepy at all! I love the community here and have no plans of moving any time soon. 🙌🏽🙂

Great apartment complex. I think the majority of the negative reviews are unwarranted. The apartment is very transparent and clear about the rules and expectations, like how they’re a smoke free community. Maybe choose a different apartment complex if you choose to do that. Very spacious and well built units. Super helpful and nice staff. They spray for bugs regularly, I believe every building ends up getting sprayed 4 times a year & we never had any issues with bugs or pests. There is a fee if you need to reschedule your spray but there’s really no need to ever have to reschedule it. They are able to go into your unit even if you’re not there and they don’t mind/understand if you haven’t had time to clean up! We lived on the very top floor and did have an issue with a tenant below us. I b

While there are many nice apartments in this area, Grandview Apartments are the best choice. The grounds are well kept and landscaped nicely, it is smoke free, and the apartments are decorated with nice fixtures, and appliances. The walls are tan. Additionally, all staff are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable of the property. The leasing agent, Brittany, was outstanding from the first apartment showing to the lease signing. She made the process flow seamlessly. I highly recommend Grandview Apartments.

I read the reviews before leasing through Grandview Heights. Now that I've been here for a few months, I can say with certainty some of the negative reviews are not accurate. The trash service is THE BEST. Nothing beats having someone pickup your trash 5 nights a week from your doorstep. I lease an upper level with people above and below me. I hear people coming and going now and then but it has never been a disruption. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking has been fine. There were a few times I had to park further down than I would normally park but once a car leaves, I move my car closer. It's not been a problem like some of the reviews suggest. I haven't lived in an apartment in over 30 years but I'm loving coming home to Grandview Heights in Glenpool.
