I was very impressed on the apartments and everything they have to offer. I understand why they are full and don't have availability. Because once I get in there, I wouldn't leave either. Nice is quiet out there. It's a beautiful place.

Can't forget the BEDBUGS!!! This place is crawling with them. If you enjoy sleeping with bedbugs you'll love it here. Don't expect help from any staff. They only work 3 to 4 days a week 4 to 6 hrs a day if you're lucky. Its a pretty building but there's a reason they don't show floor plans. Zero water pressure, no heating element dishwasher so dishes do not dry. If you have any health issues you do not want mgmt to know it or it might be on the evening news.

Im being forced out because of the problems with the apartment. The water pressure here is so bad I have to scrape my bowel movement to get it go down the toilet. To begin with it took 2 month to keep the shower from going all over the floor and down to the 2nd floor apartment. They didn’t ever fix the problem because the shower doesn’t drain properly but they don’t care. The electrical is faulty and goes out often. Think twice before believing the smiling faces you see behind the desk.

Love my apartment. However, smoker's are ignoring the non smoking clause in the lease.
