Grandin Bridge Apartments

I can only speak for myself and my experiences. I moved here a year after leaving college. It was my first apartment on my own. I lived here for almost 6 years (Aug 2016 - May 2022). It was by far, a great experience. I lived on the 2nd floor and the price point was good for what I got. My neighbors were awesome. You've got your occasional noise which is normal for any apartment. The location was also great for someone in my age group (23-28). It is in walking distance to a bunch of little shops in Mt Lookout Square, Hyde Park, Oakley, and downtown. Some maintainence request took a little longer than expected but, it wasn't anything terrible. I always recevied a phone call back within 2-4 business days. I have lived here for almost a year. Very nice location and apartments are mostly updated besides bathroom, however, the management of this property has a HUGE issue with communication. The landlord, Tonya, will not check her emails and takes days to return phone calls. Maintenance also failed to address very simple problems we had with our apartment (doors that would not close, broken locks, etc.) Overall it's a good place to live for the price, but I would not plan on living here long term.

No one is available for anything here, I keep getting notifications that there are apartments available but I can't seem to reach anyone to get a response.

Easy to access but difficult to see building numbers at night and GPS isn't always correct

Called and emailed never got a call back.
