Grande Pointe Apartments

Amazing Apartment. I want to thank the staff for showing me around. They are truly excited about the Complex and it shows. Only property I visited that I got to meet the Manager. Everyone made me feel like this was Home. The Apartment itself is the closest thing I can find to being similar to a custom-built Home. From the Smart Appliances to a wine cooler built in, large Kitchen with Island and amazing closet space. Having a roof top pool with views of fireworks from all the parks sold the deal. Not to mention the huge fitness center and other great areas of the complex. I highly recommend Grande Pointe to anyone looking for the ultra-Luxury of Apartment living as it does not get any better. One of the more luxury apartment complexes in the Orlando area. Minutes (5-10) from good dinning and entertainment at Icon Park, International Boulevard, O-Town, Doctor Phillips and Lake Buena Vista. MCO, Florida Mall and Mall at Millenia within 15 minutes. Great location (One stop light away from Sea World) top tier amenities and home appliances (all Samsung and smart appliances), craftsmanship of apartment makes it feel like a custom built home, and of course, a phenomenal staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for new construction — upscale living in Orlando.

Annette and team have been amazing through this process. Since Day 1, they have been able to answer all of my questions (which I have had a lot), and have been consistently keeping me updated through the process. I was able to tour the complex, and was amazed on how gorgeous the property is. I cannot wait to see all the amenities that are offered once construction is complete! Very excited for move in day!

WOW!!! The most amazing property I have seen in Orlando, this place brings luxury living to a new level. State of the art appliances, top notch amenities, roof top heated pool, hot tub, full working kitchen in roof top club house, full gym, theater room, rentable offices in business center and O I almost forgot 24hr convenience store in the lobby!!! Big Big thank you to Isabella and the rest of the team for all the tours and time you have spent with us. We are so excited to move in!!!
