My wife Linda and I are so very happy with Grandvilla. We are both retired and are enjoying the piece and quiet of this area. Sarah is so very helpful and fun to talk to. We are enjoying all of the amenities, nice and friendly neighbors and great service. Beautiful and well groomed landscapes.
This is a peaceful community and beautiful property. Ms. Sarah and Mr. Dave are my favs. Both are friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!
Our first apartment married and wow! Sarah is amazing and the apartment is everything we could ask for. We had trouble with our sink and they fixed it within a couple hours of us calling. Highly recommend being my neighbor 😆
This is home! Sarah the office manager is kind & friendly. I absolutely love the serene environment, square footage of my unit, attached garage, and covered porch. I saved the best for last… Dave with maintenance is funny, friendly, and helpful!
What a beautiful place to live, very quiet not able to hear your neighbors. A great place to be able to call your home.
