Would you like to explain any of your responses in more detail? I think some of the maintenance staff are not adequately trained. For example when I’m home when they arrive, they never have all their equipment and are constantly coming in and out until the finally finish the job.

Do not move into Cedargate apartments. I repeat stay away. Shoddy maintenance. Rude managers. Worn out carpet that should have been replaced. Old fixtures. Walk around the place. Gutters hanging down. This apartment complex needs some serious work done. Over priced for what you get. And here's the kicker they charge 75 dollars to clean a 30 by 30 piece of carpet and a 105 dollar charge for cleaning the Apt when you move out. This is before they even inspect the apartment. Don't let those other reviews fool you. Stay away from this place!! Oh by the way I spent 2 hours cleaning when I moved in the apartment wasn't cleaned very well.

Amazing management, along with amazing staff. Not to mention the grounds are very well kept. Anytime I have an issue management or maintenance get it taken care of immediately and they are always a pleasure when I need their assistance!

management may be nice, but the apartments are not remodeled and have not been remodeled. Don't believe the hype My gutter is hanging down and has been hanging down in front of my door for six months. It's a no for me 🎯✅💯...and wants to charge all this money and no updates. It has been like this for years the same look.
