I just moved in and have had the best move in experience! Firstly, I met Angel who showed me two different properties and was so kind and patient. She made me feel cared for. On move in day I met with Olivia, who also took her time to walk me around the property and show me everything, ensuring I was comfortable with my move in. There were a few issues in the apartment with some repairs needed. I called the office, and the manager Kylesha came to my apartment same morning to do a walk through with me. She was kind, caring, and patiently looked at everything with me. Jason, the maintenance supervisor, came shortly after and fixed my entire list! When my partner and I moved here from Miami October 2022, we never thought we’d come across such a great rental opportunity so quickly! Aside from the complex having almost everything on our checklist, any issues that have came up are being handled realistically & clearly communicated. Everyone in the office is friendly, it was refreshing to deal with transparent people and clear terms versus the usual scammers we are used to. Victor is beyond hospitable and has a heart of gold, Matt is a sweetheart and very detail oriented, and Heather is a phenomenal back bone. It’s great to be in a cute neighborhood with a gorgeous view and good amenities.

The management at this apartment complex could care less if your apartment is livable. The only thing they care about is their money. We mice running around the apartment and we reported it several times and every time we did they told us the same thing “ that’s completely normal “ I don’t know who in their right mind would think mice running around is normal it’s disgusting.

UPDATE - July 2025 Management has recently taken steps to improve the property by addressing handicap parking violations and long-term project vehicles. As someone who values fairness, I appreciate the effort. These actions show an attempt to create a more respectful environment for residents. However, several concerns still remain: • Gate Security: The front gate is always open with no clear plan for repair from corporate. This completely defeats the purpose of having a controlled-access property. • Perimeter Issues: Several sections of the picket fence around the property are broken or missing entirely, especially near the dumpsters and carport areas. These gaps make it easy for anyone to walk onto the property at any time. • Security Patrols: I have been told there is a contract fo

We just moved in to Grandview. It is beautiful here. It’s quiet and friendly. And the maintenance people are wonderful. They fix things fast and well. The Office people make us feel like family. We do not feel like we are strangers here. We’re in our 70s and we are very content here. It’s perfect.
