Yes i moved in over a year ago and I can honestly say that I like the place enough to be transferring to a 2 bedroom soon!!! The ladies in the office is amazing. They have helped me with this process of moving to another unit!! They have worked with me when i hit a rough patch and I am so grateful!! Come see K&K the ladies in the office and be ready to be greeted with a big smile!!!

When I broke my lease to my old apartment I needed to find something safe and sanitary asap for me and my child to live in i applied here to grand summit and got approved on the spot and kizzy made the process so easy and simple for me no hassle at all, the move in process was so easy and whenever I have a maintenance issue they come right away to fix the job it’s very quiet and peaceful I love that my daughter is able to play outside with the other little kids in the community we feel very safe here

I had a very pleasant time from start to finish at the leasing office. Kizzy was very professional and informing about everything I needed to know to secure my apartment. Both ladies in the leasing office were amazing and even gave me and my family recommendations on some delicious places to eat at! 10/10!

Best office staff in Greensboro as well as amazing apartments. They go above and beyond for their residents. Even shovel the roads during the snow for safe travels. Stay blessed
