Grand River Estates

I love the community and events held by our office staff on a regular basis. The office personnel and maintenance team are very professional and have, in my personal experience here, been easy to communicate with. As a dog owner, having access to the city walking path and the well maintained grounds here has been a great experience so far. From the community room for both public and private events, to the pool house (with a sauna I might add) and a fairly well equipped weight room, moving here has been nothing but pleasant.

I absolutely loved my time at Grand River Estates! The building is always spotless, making it a comfortable place to call home. The steam room and hot tub were a fantastic way to relax after a long day—definitely a highlight of the amenities here. The leasing office team, especially Jen and Hunter, is incredible. They go above and beyond to help residents and ensure everything runs smoothly. Their professionalism and kindness make a big difference. If you're looking for a clean, well-maintained apartment with top-notch amenities and a fantastic staff, Grand River Estates is the place to be! Highly recommend.

The leasing process at Grand River Estates was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Hunter and Jen were professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. I’m so excited to move into my new home and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience getting a new apartment!!

They do a lovely job making an apparent complex feel like a community, which I haven't had before! Great amenities and is in a safe, quiet part of town with plenty of green space. Hunter and Jen do an amazing job running the show, and a big shout out to the maintenance crew always keeping things running here. Can't recommend this place enough!

Building is nice inside the apartments is nicer. Building staff are pleasant to work with and it doesn't feel intruding when they need to fix something inside the apartment. The office management team are a delight to work with, always with a smile and will go beyond any other management team I've interacted with in the past. Truly a great community that Jen and Kim created and now they are working renewing some out dated items so this place will be even better moving forward with them. Thank you, we appreciate everything your team here is doing.
