Grand Reserve at Canton

Nichole at the front office has been fantastic since i moved here. I didn’t meed any maintenance done on apartment for years, but every issue this year they have come out the next morning and fixed it in minutes, Manny has been quick and efficient, i don’t know the other one’s name who has been coming out, but mike and his whole maintenance team do great work.

Maintenance department are outstanding here. I put in a, non-emergency request after hours and Manny was at my door at 10:30am the next day. Manny always does an outstanding job 👏. Always polite and thorough. Thanks Grand Reserve.

This place is gorgeous and brand spanking new. These apartments feel more like large ranch homes than units. The smallest apartment you can rent is over 1200 sq ft. Staff is fantastic and really treat you more like a neighbor/friend than a tenant. High-speed internet is even included in your monthly rent! I looked at other apartments and nothing compares to the value you get here. They even have a freaking sauna they are building.. Good luck finding another apartment that has that! If I am being uber extra, I am not really sure why they went with black appliances over stainless steel since they surpass expectations in every other category, but maybe it is so they can pass the savings down to the tenants.. either way 5/5 at the Grand!

Our maintenance guy, Manny is the best! He has been out twice to fix our microwave and he was so nice & took care of everything so quickly! Thank you Manny!!

Management likes to add rules to the lease after everything is signed and you moved in.. They like to threaten residents... especially how good their lawyers are and you don't stand a chance fighting them in court.. don't recommend this place.. The manager only targets certain people,
