I wish I could give a zero star review because ever since the property management companies switched to Grand Real Estate Advisors, 1725 Elm street has been a terrible place to live. The internet constantly goes down, just last month we had around 10 days of no internet (The longest duration being almost over two days without). Kolby Gartner, the property manager, keeps stating that the issue will be resolved and has stated multiple times on the past that the issue will be fixed but to no avail. Not having internet has interfered with our hybrid jobs and some of our neighbors are students who have lost internet while studying for exams.

Grand Real Estate Advisors took over my apartment complex (The Lex). As much as I would love to write a good review about the people that manage the property I simply can't. Communication is poor and it takes awhile for anyone just to get back to me. I think it's very important to have a good relationship/communication with your property manager and my roommate and I simply don't have that.

Grand Real Estate Advisors is a sorry excuse for an apartment management company. I hope that folks do not ever have their property taken over by this company because they will try to apparently swindle and cheat you at about every given opportunity. This started at the beginning of 2024. I lived in the The Lex apartments off Randolph and Lexington. We changed managing companies at the beginning of the year with the promise of a smooth transition. The heat in our apartment was not working too great so we had put in a maintenance request with this new company to get that sorted. They came by and said they fixed it. Never did.
