Grand Off Western

I’ve lived here for over four years, and today—on my birthday—I received a call informing me that the parking space I’ve been using the entire time has suddenly been painted red and designated as a no-parking zone. No prior warning, no consideration for long-term residents. Rent continues to increase, yet the living conditions do not reflect the price. The unit is extremely small—closet-sized—and when I moved in, it was clearly not properly renovated. There was rust in the bathtub, holes in the doors, sloppy paint throughout, and overall poor maintenance. Unfortunately, I was young and inexperienced at the time and did not thoroughly inspect the unit, which I now regret. Management appears far more focused on collecting money than maintaining quality living conditions or showing respect

This place is only looking for reasons to fine you for every little thing. Then they don’t communicate things properly. Also, sent an eviction notice that says we had to be out by 12/6. They want another months rent. They are a bunch of bullies!

This place is absolutely horrible. They have BLACK MOLD and LIED to us about it. I even had them sign off on a paper stating the markings on the floor aren’t mold… They also overcharged us on utilities the ENTIRE time we stayed there (12 months) and when I tried to get in touch with someone as to why, I’d get no response.

Have lived here for a short time but the time I’ve spent here has been good. I had a bit of an issue when moving in with payment processing of my pet fee and deposit. The manager here made an honest effort to get the situation taken care of and everything turned out okay. Parking near the units can be a struggle if you’re showing up home a bit late but they have plenty of overflow parking spots that is in a location convenient to most buildings on the property my unit was a bit farther away from the overflow parking but the walk was no issue. The management is constantly making improvements to the public areas of the complex it may be small but I love seeing the new greenery around the complex. I live there for year and it was a great place . Is very safe and staff always on point keeping it clean . Management always on point when I needed something . I recommend this place for sure!!
