Grand Island Square

Maintenance is horrible! My daughter who is a college student has been trying to get the hot water in her shower fixed since 1/7/26. The sinks kitchen and bathroom get hot enough for tea, but they still have yet to fix the shower. This is totally unacceptable that she has to take cold or lukewarm showers. Would you be ok with that for your child? Her cabinet door screws came out 1/18/26, the online portal shows completed. But it was not!!!! Can’t wait till the lease is up!

We have recently Moved into Grand Island square and so far we have no complaints. we love the place, the affordability and amenities. Our greatest help was Danielle. she has been the absolute best at taking care of every minor detail, From touring to breaking down moving fees to handling Move-in. We’re very grateful for her support throughout this process.

Used to live here 6 months ago. Moving away was the best decision ever. The elevators never worked, the washing machines from the laundry room didn’t work either. The water was often too hot to the point where it was steaming or too cold it was impossible to take a shower. The hallways smell like trash most of the time. My packeges got lost or stolen more than once. Administration doesn’t care

These apartments are fantastic! Great swimming pool, a full gym with all the toys, bells, and whistles. 24 hours security, the security guard is an ex cop who does not take shit! The guy is top notch, and always on top of everything. The manager is a woman named Daniel, she is spectacular, beautiful, classy, all rolled into one! In my humble opinion she is the very best manager we ever had! You can't even enter the building unless you have a activation key to scan that opens the door. The stores, parks, schools, and malls are like literally down the street. I have almost 6 years in the Apartments. They are fantastic! There are not too many like it!
