Grand Homes Walton Ridge Carriage

I am a home owner with grand homes at Walton ridge located in Corinth, and I cannot express how frustrating and regretful it has been owing a home with grand . The moment after you sign that contract to own the home, they show you their true colors of poor customer service and unreliability. The low quality homes built with everything literally falling apart after living in the home for a year is a topic I will not even elaborate on here. But what is most baffling is the ill customer service , unreliability, disrespectful employees from their maintenance department to the sales department ( one exception is Courtney with sales, she has been the only respectful, reliable/ helpful person in my opinion).
